A super-fit Zambia’s national team led by Patrick “Baddo” Chinyemba will face visiting Russia tonight at the Olympic Youth Development Centre of Zambia in Lusaka.

The international friendly is to celebrate 60 years of Zambia, Russia friendship.

Besides Chinyemba, among other boxers Zambia is banking on for victory include Commonwealth Games welterweight silver medallist Stephen Zimba, 2022 African Games lightweight champion Andrew Chilata and African Games silver medallist, bantamweight Mwengo Mwale and light-welterweight Emmanuel Katema.

Here are Russia’s eight boxers for tonight’s contest expected to be packed to capacity:

48 kg: Mikhail Sergeyevich Prokopyev(December 23, 1994), Krasnodar Krai, Bronze medalist of the Russian Championship.

51 kg: Amirshoh Djalolov (June 8, 2004), Kaliningrad Region, Winner of the Russian Youth Championship (19-22 years old), Bronze medalist of the Russian Championship. Coach: Alexey Komkov.

54 kg: Dmitry Naimov(June 5, 2002), Silver medalist of the Russian Championship (19-22 years old). Coach: Dmitry Gorbachev.

57 kg: Vitaly Boytsov (2001), Kaliningrad, Bronze medalist of the Russian Championship. Coach: Renat Ismailov.

60 kg: Rasul Magomedov, Makhachkala (Dagestan), Winner of the Russian Youth Championship.

63.5 kg: Mikhail Grigoryan(August 12, 2003), Krasnodar, Bronze medalist of the Russian Championship. Coach: Gennady Kovalev.

67 kg: Daniil Belevitin(January 16, 2005), Altai Krai, Winner of the Russian Cup and World Cup.

71 kg: Alikhan Yangibayev (August 30, 2003), Republic of Dagestan, Silver medalist of the Russian Championship.
