Ghana’s super-flyweight prospect Michael Abban (11-1-0, 7 KOs) is preparing to pack a punch when he steps into the ring on September 27 at Bukom Boxing Arena, going head-to-head with undefeated Nigerian Ogunyanju Sikiru in a highly anticipated 10-round showdown for the Commonwealth Youth title.

Under the guidance of renowned trainer Ebenezer “Coach Killer” Adjei and fighting under the Landmark Boxing Promotions banner for the first time, 22-year-old Abban vows to end Sikiru’s unbeaten run—whether by dominating the distance or delivering a knockout.

A win would make him the first Ghanaian this year to claim an international title on home turf. (Graphic Online)
